01Who I am

This website is operated by Samyak Barahanpure, an independent automation consultant working as Samyk Automations ("I", "me"), based in India and working with clients worldwide. If you have any questions about this policy, you can reach me at Samyak.Barahanpure@gmail.com.

02What I collect

When you contact me — through the enquiry form, email or WhatsApp — I receive the information you choose to share, which may include:

  • Your name, business email address and phone/WhatsApp number
  • Details about your business, your current process and the tools you use
  • Any other information you include in your messages

I do not buy data from third parties, and I do not use your information to build advertising profiles.

03How I use it

Your information is used only to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible project
  • Prepare proposals, quotes and the automation work you request
  • Communicate with you during and after a project, including support

04Sharing and processing

Enquiries submitted through this website are transmitted to a webhook endpoint I control so I can receive and process them. During a project, the tools used to deliver your automation (such as workflow platforms, email, calendar and messaging services) will process data as needed for the system to function.

I do not sell or rent your personal information, and I do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

05How your data is handled

I use API-based integrations and request only the permissions required for an automation to work. Credentials and accounts stay under your control wherever the platform allows it. Systems I build are documented so you always know what data moves where — nothing is a black box.

I keep enquiry-related information only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting project, after which it is deleted when requested.

06Your rights

You can ask me at any time to confirm what information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also withdraw consent to further contact. Just email Samyak.Barahanpure@gmail.com and I will act on the request promptly.
